I read a story here and there while nursing or before bed. Great to know some struggles I've dealt with with me being a new mom are common and I'm not alone. Ordered one for an expecting mom for a gift. I really love this book. I do not read often but I needed something to read while pumping at work and not only was the book a great read it also made me feel more connected to my baby while I was at work.

These books are good for shower gifts. One person found this helpful. There's nothing like being a first time mommy. This was a really nice book to read in the first months after my daughter was born. I loved reading about other women's experiences as a mom and it reminded me that I am not alone when I was sleep deprived!
