The style of writing he chose in this book was so unusual for him. Probably not for someone who would take offense to the use of the word continually throughout the book or someone who is very religious, prim or proper. This is the kind of book that gets spiritual principles across in a brash sort of way and would be excellent for someone who is a skeptic about spirituality. If you're a Jampolsky fan you'll get a kick out of it. The usage of particular words in Dr. Jampolsky's new book can either create curiosity or the opposite. The reason for me was curiosity.

The style of writing appears to trigger a kind of shock treatment for the reader. However, I did smile often with the humor that is woven throughout the book and yet, this book is like no other I have ever read!

We must not let a "cloud cast a shadow" over the author's major point in his book - each of us needs to take responsibility for our own thoughts and feelings and "Stop Blaming Other People". It is we ourselves who fill our mind with toxic thoughts which then affect one's health and well-being. Am I glad I purchased this book?
