    Very inspirational, for a little book. One person found this helpful. This is one cute funny little book. I've given it as a gift to few of my friends. Others who have looked at it love it too. A cute little book to help you remember not to be to uptight, don't take yourself too seriously, and remember to have fun, relax, and remember what's important. It would make a nice gift.

    I read this in my chiropractor's office and decided to buy it for myself. It is directed toward women. This book was a gift for a friend. It has very cute images and ideas that anybody could relate to. It's the perfect size to fit in a purse or bag as well.
