It was difficult for me to stay interested. The relationship with Val and Angie and Marcus was nauseating to me, the story was a bit too predictable, and Marie seemed like a temperamental child at times.

But above and beyond that, the grammar and spelling was atrocious! Somebody needs to fire their editor. Some phrases I had to read more than once because the way they were worded did not make any sense. Another series in which I have ended t Interesting concept and plot but it didn't draw me in. Another series in which I have ended the relationship after a single book.

I'll be reading more books in this series. Many times "it" was printed when it likely should have been "if" Many other errors that appear to just be typos in the second half of the book. But, it was a good, easy, enjoyable read. May 20, Tif Mulally rated it it was ok.

Though I enjoyed the premise of the book, I found that the book read rather slow. I also found that some of the supporting characters were not developed very well- I had to keep going back to remind myself who was who. Dec 03, Victoria rated it liked it.
