Excellent ideas on how to present a unified presentation of information you already have or can easily figure out. Easily modified if you want to add or drop some of the measurements. I also want to think about including g some indicator of impediment backlog identification and resolution.

One person found this helpful. The description is very simplified, a link to an excel sample file would be great. I like the idea but need to go in more explanations.
Very light on the details on building a scorecard. Takes only a few minutes to read and provides that much value. Great info but including a demo spreadsheet to illustrate what data the charts are built from would have added a lot more value. Providing a sample template would make this information use file and worth paying for.
