However, if they are unable to process your sample because of your violation of these Terms or the Helix Terms of Service, a fee may apply to receive a second collection kit. If you use the Product from a jurisdiction other than the United States, you agree that you do so of your own initiative, and you are responsible for complying with local laws as applicable to your use of the Product.
