I can jot down notes and make comments. I can also answer questions. This book gives me the opportunity to assess myself in certain areas. I can use the rubric to score myself in various areas such as Denial that is mention in Phase 1 of the workbook.

The workbook is divided into Phases where I can start on any area of the book I want. This workbook provides questions to answer and it also has quotes and Bible scriptures to guide you on your journey. It has a section where a person can do a self- reflection on a particular area that you need to work on. This is a hands- on writing tool. It has several charts that you can use to write down. This workbook will be useful for me to work at my own pace in each Phase of my life. I will share this book to my family and friends and encourage them to purchase this workbook on Amazon.
