I bought a tangine, but the kind that only works in an oven; and this book only has one recipe for the over, the rest is on the stove, which to me is pointless, but maybe I'm a moron and don't know how to use the dang thing. Wish I'd had a chance to peek at the "general" card prior to getting the actual Tagine, glazed vs traditional, vs modern! Includes a good cous cous recipe for a solid foundation from which to build an entire meal. The recipes are good basic "crowd pleasers" that are very easily adaptable for any cook who is even moderately adventurous.
