A good book for artists, especially abstract artists. This is an excellent art book. I recommend it to anyone interested in art. It is part of my art liburuary. One person found this helpful. Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. Pat is a wonderful teacher! I was already familiar with it. I Ordered it for reference and self study. Well written and easy to follow. A good book for the beginner or experienced watercolor painter. Lots of tips on techniques that make the painting unique. Useful ideas for the realist or abstract painter.

Her enthusiasm is contagious. Her lesson plans are great and you actually can learn something from these books by doing the exercises. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to loosen up, do something different, or see more abstractly.
