A new study offers guidance on what levels of disease-causing bacteria in sand could pose a risk to children and other beachgoers.

Sand Worm is fought at the desert near Saronia and in the Dragon Spire. It is only mildly dangerous in the NES version, but is considerably more dangerous in the 3D remakes as its physical attacks now inflict Blind. Sand Worm is fought in the desert around Kaipo and at the Antlion's Den. In the 2D versions, it is relatively weak, but is much more powerful in the 3D versions. It uses Whirlwind and can drop the rare Silver Apple.
Sand Golem
In the 3D versions, it is weak to both Fire-elemental and Ice-elemental attacks and absorbs Earth-elemental attacks. Sand Worm is fought on the overworld near Kaipo, and is otherwise identical to its 2D version in the previous game. It is the first enemy that yields Silver Apples.
Sand Worm is fought in three different versions, one at the Passage of the Eidolons in Rydia 's tale, another at around Damcyan and Kaipo and inside the Impact Crater during Edward's tale, and lastly at Adamant Isle Grotto during Ceodore's tale as a boss. While the boss version is stronger than the other versions, the other two are near identical save for item drops, with the one in Rydia's Tale dropping the usual items as in the previous versions, and the one in Edward's Tale having Bronze Tail for a rare steal and common drop, as well as the Silver Tail as a rare drop, but no Silver Apples.
They all otherwise fight the same as in the previous game. Sandworm is fought as a boss at Desert of Shifting Sands. It appears and disappears in the Holes on the battlefield and attacking a hole without the Sandworm will result in being countered by Gravity.
Sand Worm (enemy)
Sandworm is not powerful, only using Quicksand for meager damage and Sap to the party. It is exceptionally weak to Water-elemental attacks, and a single casting of Aqua Breath can defeat it.
Sand Worm is fought at Bikanel. It is the strongest enemy in the area, boasting 45, HP and decent stats, and uses Swallow, Regurgitate, and Earthquake. Sand Worms always appear alone. Sand Worm is fought at Bikanel during chapters 3 and 5, as well as in floors 24—26 of Via Infinito. It is still a powerful enemy with high HP and Defense, while losing its previous abilities except for Earthquake.
In Oversoul , Earthquake is upgraded to Rage of the Earth, dealing even more damage. It normally drops Mythril Bangles , but in Oversoul will instead drop the more valued Crystal Bangle. Sand Worm is one of the stronger enemies fought in Bone Dungeon , having the highest HP of all enemies there. It has access to the abilities Scrunch, Poison Fluid, and Quicksand, and can be easily defeated with the usage of the Axe.
It is also weak to Earth-elemental attacks. The SandWorm is an enemy and also a possible monster that the party's monster unit s can transform into. It can be found on the first floor of the Tower. It can be fought in the Central Shrine. The Sand Worm is a bug-type enemy encountered when first arriving in the Harena Region.
It hits hard, and its Sandstorm attack hits all allies and has a chance to Blind them. Sand Worm appears as an enemy during Battle Music Sequences. Sand Worm is a chance card; the card's ability: Forced to sell one of your target house with extra G.
