I'm saddened to see that Bernstein didn't have a better editor; I found I'm conflicted about this book. We should be treated with respect and get what we deserve. I dont know if I could do some of this stuff. Maybe Im just a coward. But this book was very intresting and I enjoyed the insight. This appears to work in a variety of situations that are frequent hassles that everyone must deal with as a part of living in a society dominated by the ubiquitous customer service evils.

While the book had decent tips it seemed written a bit too quickly. It would be helpful if the book was expanded, and more detail given to each section. Good for tips all the same. I am particularly familiar with the phrase "fucked up royally", which gets , Google hits. There may be some a hint at a connection between jewellery and royalty, but that is secondary.
