He inspected my computer for about 20 minutes, found nothing wrong, and nothing he could do to help me.

In the end he told me he was going to send me a large file because he thought that MIGHT solve the problem.

The file took some 45 minutes to download and after that I could open the program and finish my job. The next time I tried to use it, I wrote one or two paragraphs but when I tried to save and close the document, the document "could not be saved". Instead, the two paragraphs that I had written were magically transferred to Word and I was, once again, asked for a product Key. I tried to copy and paste from word to another program that I often use. But, alas, word did not allow me to "copy" anything either.

I decided to call Amazon. Amazon did not help at all and the person I talked to tried to manipulate me and make me feel stupid saying that I am the ONLY person that has ever had problems with this program.
