They do not work with you to fix problems they scream at you and then flip it on you to make you look bad. Certain employees get away with doing whatever they want and treating peoples children a type of way. They also try to hold your last check and not give it to you.
Yes 2 No. Management really did not know to appreciate good work and retain good people. I absolutely love working at Mary's Little Lambs.

Yes No 1. Leave a review. Help people like you. People rely on reviews to make better decisions. Help them out by rating your employer. I worked there and the staff was rude, mean to children, minimum wage pay, underapreciated, and lots of safety issues. Hopefully they have gotten better but i dont reccomend sending your kids there or working there.
Yes 3 No 1. Working at Mary's may be fast paced and often times stressful, but it is all worth it for the relationships and bonds that you form with the children. Every day is an adventure and the experience is unforgettable.
Supportive work environment, as well as friendly coworkers that help with the division of work. Best place to learn the newest and most effective ways to teach preschool aged children. This job is also just super fun!

Was very hard to leave all my little friends :. Aquired a lot of valuable experience in early childhood education. A typical day at work as the Assistant Director I was A Lead teacher shift Leader and also created projects and created a safe haven for children.
Great Experience. This is a fun and great place to work and also advance. This had to be one of the best jobs i done held. I work here over 6 yrs and i learned so much while im here. This is a great place to work.
