We had the most horrific experience at our cabin and the customer service was terrible.
I called and spoke with Jake. He was absolutely amazing!!!!! He stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes making sure that we found the perfect cabin that was available and clean. He was exceptional to say the least. Upon arrival to Bears Lair , we were blown away with how nice the cabin was. Everything was perfection! I will always plan ahead to make sure I use Patriot Getaways from now on.
