She panics and when her best friend shows up I enjoyed all 4 books and would recommend them as a fun read. A collection of four romantic comedies that each involved a wedding, this collection feels somewhat uneven, with the first three stories pretty good, last one however, didn't do it for me. Struggling Mom and kid house-sitting in Vermont romanced by handsome bachelor professor whom she almost ran off the road earlier Girl in need of a groom got lost in the woods on a hike and had a handsome bachelor literally fell on top of her almost and she took him home to meet the folks!
Carrie the jilted bride found a ditched bachelor to ride out the PR disaster by agreeing to be mutual "fake fiance" That never works, right? How to Marry a Matador: Must be the wine. They are what Harlequin used to call "sweet romances," meaning there is no sex, only light kissing, and no foul language. If you are looking for a break from all the constant sex scenes and melodramatic angst of most modern, contemporary romance, you might enjoy these stories. They are billed by the author as romantic comedy, but in my opinion they're actually light drama.

One person found this helpful. Clean, fun and romantic short stories, make me want to read more. Pick this up if you would like a quick read that is well written with interesting characters! I love when you get a multi All 4 stories were fun reads. I love when you get a multi book set and all of the books are worth the read. Some were very funny as well as having great plot twists. Can't wait to read more from from Ms Baird. Great to find a new author that I hadn't read their work before. See all 63 reviews.
