I strongly recommend. Perfect little room! Check-in was easy with clear instructions and the room was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, no frills place with good people, then this is the place for you. Jeff and Penny's place was cozy and comfortable. The guest bathroom was brand new, clean, and right next to the the guest rooms. Super quiet room, could not hear noises from other parts of the house, perfect size for two travelers! Nice place.

Wifi was about mbps as I measured. Wish it were a bit higher, but overall good stay. Nice and easy check in. I felt at home on their beautiful place and cant wait to spend again in your place. Thanks so much. Friendly host, good and quick communication, and everything very clean and tidy. I highly recommend! We've stayed at the apartment a number of times - it's always been clean, quiet, and convenient. Lovely furnishings.. Also being right next to the railroad tracks we were woken all night long from the train honking.
We were very impressed with how neat and clean everything was. Excellent communication with host.

Great privacy in a quaint little town. It was close to where we needed to be so we could walk. Doug was great getting back to us with answers to any questions we had. Very spacious place in a quiet little town.
We would stay there again. Has 11 steps down with a really secure rail. Great space.

Great price for what's included. Denise was on-site and attentive to our needs. We plan to stay here again as we have many trips planned to Cedar Falls as we renovate a home with our son. It was a great value. Clean, quiet and convenient. Will definitely try to stay here next time we are in the area. Though small it's an efficiency , this place was quiet and ideal for my overnight. Jack and his staff made it easy to check-in and the apartment itself was perfect for my needs. Great place to lay your head and well worth the price. Coordination required for check-in to meet with someone to let us in which required a bit more coordination but we quickly and smoothly.
Would book again. Great place! Enjoyed my stay. Close to downtown area and night life.

Nice neighborhood. Jean was a wonderful host. What a great house to stay at if you're in Cedar Falls. A very clean, welcoming place, perfectly located to get to downtown, UNI, and the major shopping areas.

If you're leaving pets behind to make your trip, Jean's dogs will more than make up the void, as they are super-friendly and well-behaved. Great Price! Jean was very accommodating for our last minute requests. We had the upstairs and it was very spacious. This arrangement has multiple rooms to host unrelated guests. When I arrived, the room for me had my name on the door - a nice touch communicating clearly where I should be. Jean was an amazing host! Everything was as described and the room had everything we needed. She was very inviting throughout the entire stay and I could not have asked for a better experience in Cedar Falls!
Jean and her fiance were great hosts. I loved getting to chat with them and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! She is very polite. She has two very well behaved dogs. House was as described. Early 's? Room was very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. She had a mini fridge stocked with beverages and candy treats were on hand. If you forgot a toothbrush or anything for the bathroom, she has you covered.
What was most wonderful about our visit, was the day we checked out she let my dog stay at her house the entire day while I attended an event at UNI Dome. If you are in Cedar Falls, I highly suggest you stay with her. Especially if you are doing something at the college. It's probably less than a 5 minute drive from her house. Thanks Jean for the wonderful stay! This was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. The house is a little tucked back, but they were clever enough to hang up bright purple lights on the deck so you cant miss it!
Sparkling clean home that's fully stocked with whatever you may need during your stay. When we had a few questions for the host, the response we got was friendly and prompt. We had a great time during our stay and cannot wait to visit again. Host communicated regularly throughout my stay.
The home is adorable and cozy. Easy 8 minute drive to UNI.
