Each message has a few words on top, followed by the message, and than finished with a positive thought for the day such as a prayer, practice or affirmation to say. It's very inspiring and well-written. It also provides really good journaling prompts. Wonderful messages from our Angels, also included was a "Thought for Today" which i found to be a really helpful addition to the day's message.
