Hiking in Tuolumne Meadows area means taking about 10 deg F off the temps on that website. Hikes are of varying difficulty, shadiness, etc. You can play it by ear when you arrive. Talk to folks at the Visitors Center. Mids fairly unusual, but it can happen.
