Jul 06, Nicole rated it liked it. Found this a great introduction for info on gluten-free diets and celiac disease, knowing basically nothing about it when I started. Loved the personal anecdotes--very helpful. Could have used a bit of editing, as there were several sentences throughout that I had to re-read because they were confusing. Jul 01, Jodi rated it really liked it. I'm only pages in so far. I find it insightful and educational but I found two typos in the first 10 pages! Come on, people, do editors still exist these days?
