While "Switch" was not nearly as excellent as some of her earlier work, it is still a really good novel, mixing eroticism with deep emotion and insight into the protagonist and her motivations. You just never know what alley she will turn down, as the stories take on a life of their own and she never disappoints. After putting it aside for a few months, I picked it up and read it in a day. I liked the surprise ending - it came out of left field for me.
