I draw from humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, and believe the past influences our current feelings, habits, and choices in life. My approach is a mix of understating the past, helping clients develop more self-compassion and empathy, and fostering reflection through the therapeutic relationship, which helps to make healthier choices. Perhaps you're experiencing increasing levels of stress and are beginning to doubt your ability to make decisions or figure out what to do next?

I can help you regain your footing, perspective and focus by providing you with effective coping strategies that will help you get back on track and support you in establishing sustainable long term self-care.
