Maybe but I loved this book! I couldn't disagree more with all the negative reviews and for bad grammar?? I thought this was an extremely realistic glimpse into this lifestyle, people really just living for the day, no thought for the future. Living in the projects but sporting Gucci shoes and Coach bags. No romance here folks, sex is just a means to an end.. Looks like there may be a book 2 but this is definitely a stand alone book and well worth it!!
Juicy Deception by Ivy Lee is a good book. This is my first time reading from this author. She did a good job. Juicy Deception is also entertain and drama. Characters are crazy and messy. It's well written and page turner. I'm looking forward to read part 2. The title of this book is definitely fitting. Its was juicy with a whole lot of deception going on.. Everybody was sleeping with each other and without protection so there was a good message about the consequences of destructive behavior.
I'm anxiously awaiting part 2 to see what happens with everyone. Does black get his happily ever after? What does Tiffany do about the baby? Do the girls get busted? What happens with juicy next?? So many questions I cant wait!! Great job ivy and pleeaasse don't make us wait too long for part 2!! This is one of the best books I've read all summer, and I've read about 15 so far! This story is filled with lots of drama, surprising twists, and steamy, non-gratuitous sex.
I started out hating Juicy's guts, but actually grew to endear her near the end. I hope she redeems herself to the fullest, and Bishop: Can't wait to learn his ultimate fate I highly recommend this book: You will laugh, scream, cringe, and possibly shed a tear or two This was a good book but it was a lot going on.
One minute these 2 are together then it's the next two, but in some ways it was a bit unrealistic. The setup that happened at the end was too easy for the ones involved to pull it off, cause seriously, real thugs shouldn't be that sloppy but I guess they wasn't that real lol I will say it had me interested enough to want to get part See all reviews.

I could not put it down it held my interest from beginning to the end. I cannot wait to read part 2. Which I'm starting right after I write this review.
