It helps to give us wisdom in adapting to these changes. Helps you to understand what is happening, and gives you tips on how to navigate the economic, political,social upheavals of living in a changing world. All preppers out there should read it, because you will see that it will not be about hunkering down in your fort, but working in community, with your neighbor, your town, that will get you through what is coming. Forget about your underground bunkers, safe houses etc, that can only get you so far. The real preparation beyond food, water, and protection will be mental and psychological and it will be about building relationships. I don't want to sound like a preacher here, but I was around preppers and bunker lovers back in and although the idea of running away to a safehouse sounds great, it will not get you through years of isolation.

Read it, spread it. I first reviewed this book when it first arrived.

There is one thing that is recommended in this book that I have referred to time and time again in conversations and in my personal life, which in the book is called The Deep Evaluation. To quote from the chapter of the same title, "You have no neutral relationships for every one of them is either helping you or hindering you and holding you back. Even our most sophisticated advocates for preparing for future global instability do not necessarily convey the relevance of internal preparation.

This book is still on my shelf and will stay there. If you are looking for dates and detailed descriptions of coming catastrophes, long lists of survival gear you'll need or where you might move to be safe from society, don't buy this book. While there are some helpful guidelines within for preparedness, the essence of the book reaches out to challenge and inspire people to come unto their own personal revolution and revelation, both internal and external, within the context of the tumultuous times ahead. Along side the discomfort and apprehension I feel in facing these challenges, I find a beautiful truth presented in these pages.

We must move forward guided by a deeper Spiritual intelligence, which Summers calls Knowledge, that is inherent in every person. I find this incredibly empowering.

You will not get much out of this if you are not willing to take a good, penetrating and persistent look at every aspect of your life No sugar coating-it's all hands on deck! While the Great Waves of Change portend a difficult road ahead for humanity, the book also indicates that these conditions will present the Human Family with real opportunities as well. Great events create great individuals and great relationships.

The greatness that you carry will never arise under casual or normal circumstances. It must be called out of you by great events and great needs This brings the real possibility for fulfillment to the soul to you who have come into the world to face the Great Waves of change, to live at this time of disruption and this time of gravity and opportunity.

It is not an accident that you are here at this time".

While this book paints a sober picture of the future, it also offers hope by providing a preparation, a road map for individuals to navigate through these difficult times. Are you up for the challenge?
