The story line that started in Hell's Kitty continues in Hell's Geek and while a little light is shed on what's going on, we're still trying to work out who is actually behind all the shenanigans The epilogue was entertaining and I can't wait to see how things pan out following that - roll on the next book in the series! Langlais has done it again. The book has humor, intrigue and romance all rolled up into one story. I could not find any structure or grammar errors which gives this book a standing ovation.

Nothing I hate more than finding errors in a book. This book seemed like two stories in one. I cannot wait to see what will come next.

Who can resist a man with horned rubber duckies in all the right places? I wasn't sure if I was gonna like Dex or not. I mean we are used to the strong and kick ass type of male characters and he's just not. He's lanky or skinny but is tall.

He's smart as hell After reading a few pages I actually started to like him and he totally grows on you. He's funny and has a good sense of humor. He's sweet and cute and hot when he wants to be. Love how he flirts which was a surprise because he just didnt seem the type to be comfortable with females. Especially ones like Amazonian warrior women!

I think at first he was intimidated by her in a way, but it didnt take long for him to let loose You do feel a bit bad for him in the beginning because he always seemed to be messing up his boat trips and losing his paddles in the Styxx. He really grew as a character I think. Valaska was really cool.

Hell's Revenge (Princess of Hell, #3) by Eve Langlais

I liked her she was a strong warrior and although she always sought to kick butt and slay demons she remained very feminine in my opinion. You can so be a girl AND a kick ass warrior woman! I wasn't sure I was gonna like her character or not at first. They totally worked because he encouraged her to be her warrior self and not hold her back from stuff. She didnt care if he was smart because in truth she delved in books too! I enjoyed it and of course Luc and Gaia were awesome as always.

Gaia gets into a spot of trouble and Luc rescues her and at the rescue how freakin sweet was he? Under all that sin lies a soft heart I can't wait for the next installment! I am not a cliffhager fan However in this case it works!

I still feel that I got a full story out of this book - The ending just entices me to find out more. The author does a fabulous job of introducung the characters as well as providing the back story that the reader becomes fully invested in them. We have been a part of their journey and want to Southern Charmed at it's core is a classic good vs evil story with a magical twist. We have been a part of their journey and want to see them succeed!

Looking forward to the next part of the journey. I don't usually read cliffhangers, but I made an exception for this series after I started reading the first book. The writing flows well, and the characters are great. All of them bring something special to the story. This book focuses on Briar, and at first I didn't like her. I know she has some issues, but she didn't want to accept that things happened to protect her, not hurt her. I wanted to shake her a few times. I'm not usually a paranormal fan, but this series is awesome. I can't wait to I don't usually read cliffhangers, but I made an exception for this series after I started reading the first book.

I can't wait to find out what happens next! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book. Mar 09, Alan T rated it it was amazing. She spends a lonely childhood in foster care.

As she is about to graduate from high school, she meets Virginia Embers. At 18, after aging out of foster care, Briar moves to Charleston and is working at a cafe, when she meets Virginia again. Briar is introduced to Virginia's four wards, the Hell's Belles Excellent characterization and plotting. I'm looking forward to reading the 3rd book in this series. I received this book free of charge, and provide my review voluntarily.

Though quite a bit shorter than the first book, the second book in the Hell's Belles trilogy packs just as much of a wallop. The addition of yet another Belle, on top of learning her connection to Emma, adds to the excitement of the story. Southern Charmed is one of those stories that almost makes the reader feel breathless, as they are rushed from one dilemma headlong into another.

I hope I won't have to wait too long for th I received this book free of charge, and provide my review voluntarily. I hope I won't have to wait too long for the final book. Apr 05, Erika rated it it was ok. Incomplete It feels incomplete, I really hate when a book ends up like that, with no real ending it just stops. Sure, you could call it a cliffhanger, but even those need to be well done, not stop midconversation. This is the kind of cliffhanger I would expect from one chapter to another, not one book to the next.

The book is not that big, there was no need to cut it short it was just the author's greed to force people to buy the next book. The story line is still interesting, so I will most likely read the next. However, the author really needs to invest in an editor. I had to reread a few sentences to understand what was happening because whole words were missing or the wrong word was used.

Some sentences had periods where commas should be. If I have to decode what I am reading, it takes the fun out of the experience. I spend more time correcting the writing rather than enjoying the story. Feb 03, Theresa Kelso rated it it was amazing. But now I just want the next book! This series of a story is told in a very unusual, mind challenging way. The storyline is great, but the storytelling is amazing.

I feel like my mind is stretching or expanding in order to follow and comprehend the whole story landscape.

Hell's Bells

Thanks for the innovation! Jan 28, Lisa Harris rated it it was amazing. I really enjoyed this second installment of this series. My only complaint, it was too short! Sisters get to reunite, bullies get their just deserts, and some characters get a bigger role. There is still a lot of mystery shourding this story. A wonderful book about briar who was bought up in a orphanage and ends up getting a job and her own place.

One day a woman comes to her place and uses her powers and she wakes up in the womans house. She learns she has a twin sister and both have powers. A wonderful book about having a family when you thought you had none and about people with magical powers. A fantastic installment to this series. It answers some of the questions raised in book 1 and asks many more that I hope to find answers to in book 3. Such an imaginative story that is well written and full of emotion. I can't wait for book 3. I requested a review copy of this book so I could post an honest review.

Jan 21, Denice Patterson rated it it was amazing. Southern Charmed The first book was good, this book was great! Though it continued the story from the first book it caught my attention right away and kept it throughout. With the two new Belles learning more and more of their past and families. It ends with a cliffhanger and I can't wait to start the third book in the series.

May 27, Kaye Booth rated it really liked it Shelves: This series is refreshingly different, a combination of western, speculative fiction and super hero, and somehow, it all works. Although in a series, it could be stand alone story.
