I loved the recipes and the book was in great shape. One person found this helpful 2 people found this helpful. This is an outstanding book with recipes that are authentic and directions that are well-written and easy to follow. I have been looking for years and have finally found the perfect Swedish Kringle recipe. The food photography is beautiful and the side notes about Scandinavian culture and history are short and interesting.
