I'd spent the whole time beefing about the lousiness of life after death, but life before death was almost as tough for those left behind.

Die Karmareise der Kim ist dann wie erwartet chaotisch: Ach ja, der Schreibstil. Feb 19, Laura von Eden rated it really liked it Shelves: Da sie in ihrem Leben nicht viele gute Karmapunkte gesammelt hat, wird Kim als Ameise wiedergeboren. Lediglich das Ende fand ich etwas klischeehaft, da genau das geschah, was ich mir bereits vorher gedacht hatte. Aber gut, letztlich passt es doch zum Buch, sogar eine kleine Moral von der Geschicht wird miteingebaut.

This is a most rewarding book, which I have to confess I had always ignored because of its title and of the fact that - in my notion of Karma - people DO NOT go back to reincarnating as animals BUT, I must say that this book is excellently written, as a crazy and delightful sense of humor, and even if it were merely symbolical, the fact that Kim Lange has to go through such an ordeal in order to reveal the b4est of herself is touching I do not like to reveal details that may spoil your fun, This is a most rewarding book, which I have to confess I had always ignored because of its title and of the fact that - in my notion of Karma - people DO NOT go back to reincarnating as animals I do not like to reveal details that may spoil your fun, so I will not say much, except that in her "life to life" travels, Kim is accompanied by none other than Casanova, who's sense of humor and delightful seductive personality contributes a lot to the liveliness and adventurous character of the story.

Jun 30, BrokenTune rated it really liked it Shelves: Had me laugh out loud all the way through. Published in English as Bad Karma but I'm not sure how the translation would cope with some of the humour that comes from the use of contemporary jargon and the allusions to German TV and cult adverts.
