    If you want real information, look elsewhere. The utility of this book depends on your previous knowledge on the arguments, anyway is good to keep it at home. Excellent book to have on hand, whether living in urban, suburban, or rural area. Everything from daily basics to the rare and hopefully never needed tips for violence avoidance and disaster survival.

    Mostly common sense stuff about everyday life eg dieting, de-stressing, driving in fog, home repairs, how to use tools, self defense etc. Not at all what I was expecting. Basically how to live an everyday life.
