Apr 15, Siv30 rated it it was ok. A laugh-out-loud romantic comedy that will have you hooked! The story opens up with Natalie Love jolting her boyfriend Jamie at the alter, and deciding life has much more to offer moves to London.

Fast forward 15 years and Natalie is now a very successful theatre manager, has a yoga-loving boyfriend and life is great or is it? I loved Natalie with her frizzy hair and far from perfect figure, in fact all the characters were very likeable. The author certainly has away of describing and making his characters come to life, and some of the dialogue between the characters certainly made me laugh out loud.

Apr 30, L. I've been a fan of Rob's writing for years. In Miss Wrong and Mr Right he introduces me to a whole new cast of loveably flawed characters. This book was no exception to the amusement I have experienced with his other novels. I had trouble putting this book down and finished it all too quickly. I really look forward to getting to know these characters better in future releases and hopefully films. If you have read his other books, I think you will like this one and vice versa.

PROs There will be more adventures to come. Learning new Brit slang. Lots and lots of LOL's.

CONs 1 Laughing so hard unexpectedly I spit tea at my reader. It sounds simply divine! What a brilliant read! I thought Coco Pinchard would be too hard an act to follow and I was prepared to be disappointed, but Robert Bryndza has most definitely pulled it off with this fabulous book. Right from the first line, the laughs kept on coming the teddy bear had me completely in stitches and I have honestly never laughed so loud when reading a book. The author really has a wonderful imagination, conjuring up crazily comical situations yet managing to make them completely believable.

A c What a brilliant read! A cast of colourful characters kept me turning the pages and wanting more - especially Natalie's grandmother, what a star! Not only is this very well-written and fun, it's a tale of self-discovery and a love story too. One of the best books I have read in a long while. After reading the Coco Pinchard books, I was looking forward to meeting the new charcters in this book and haven't been disappointed.

From Natalie with her frizz of hair to her crazy grandmother to the loyal best friend, I totally loved this book and didn't want it to finish. It was refreshing to have a book where the main charcter isn't the perfect size 10, doesn't have magazine ready hair but is real, has wobbly bits, wild hair and family that seem so familiar they could be your own.

Robert ha After reading the Coco Pinchard books, I was looking forward to meeting the new charcters in this book and haven't been disappointed. Robert has a knack for writing characters that you can connect with and in all honesty would like like them to be your friend. If you liked his previous books, I am sure you will enjoy this one as well. Am already looking forward to the next book. After ditching her fiance at the altar at the age of nineteen, Natalie Love finds herself fifteen years later still single, but with a hot yoga instructor boyfriend, great friends, and a perfect career as the manager of a successful London theatre.

It's a story of a wo After ditching her fiance at the altar at the age of nineteen, Natalie Love finds herself fifteen years later still single, but with a hot yoga instructor boyfriend, great friends, and a perfect career as the manager of a successful London theatre. It's a story of a woman who, in almost losing everything that matters to her, finds contentment in being herself. Will someone please get this book in the hands of a Hollywood director?! Or better yet, to Broadway!

Miss Wrong and Mr Right is pure romantic comedic genius with a touch of real life drama. The main character, Natalie, faces a series of comedic train wrecks that we can all relate to. The characters feel so real that I couldn't help but be emotionally invested in the story. I found myself gasping at times followed by laughter realising the ridiculousness that life brings us at times.

Bryndza creates a cast that you will recognise from your own life and you'll love them for all of their little imperfections. From Natalie with her frizzy hair and clutzy mishaps, to Sharon and her loud and crazy family; from Nicky and her over the top personality, to Gran Anouska and her born-before-her-time worldly advice, you will love this book from the opening act to the final curtain call.

A definite standing ovation! A perfect summer beach read, winter in front of the fireplace read, spring at the park read, and autumn under the oak tree read! A special thank you to Robert Bryndza and NetGalley for offering me a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion! Have loved all of Robert Bryndza's books and this one is no exception.

What is exceptional for me is the range of emotions this book generated; from laugh out loud moments so many! Finished with a sense of satisfaction but definitely wanting more! As for you Mr Bryndza, all I can say is please keep putting pen to pap Have loved all of Robert Bryndza's books and this one is no exception.

As for you Mr Bryndza, all I can say is please keep putting pen to paper and 'Namaste' - in the correct sense of the word ;-. This is a must read. One of the best books I have read this year so far. I loved this book. Robert Bryndza is brilliant. My only complaint is that the book was not longer. I wanted to keep on reading.

The characters are very likeable and easy to relate to. They story line is funny. I received this book in exchange for an honest review. That did not affect my opinion. Does the book make you feel all warm and fuzzy? Does it make you want to rush home at the end of a long day at work to start reading? Can you not put it down? Well Robert Bryndza's latest book is all of the above!

From the moment you meet 19 year old Natalie as she is jilting her fiance at the alter, you will be hooked! Add into the equation her crazy Gran Anouska, a rather bizarre boyfriend,as well as a llama and a whole host of wonderful characters and you get the recipe for a laugh out loud read. Robert's style of writing is creative, witty and wonderful, he draws you right into the scene. This book is funny and imaginative, please look out for the Burlesque flash mob part, one of the funniest things I have ever read!

I have thoroughly enjoyed Robert's previous titles and I certainly wasn't disappointed this time either. A really funny, feel good book that you will definitely want to read! I have been hooked every since This book has earned its 5 star rating for sure! This was such a brilliant read from beginning to end. The main character, Natalie Love, takes a grip of you from the very start you get wrapped up in her life, making you laugh, making you cry and on more than one time you find yourself shouting at her to give herself a shake.

There are more than a few hilarious moments, especially when you are introduced to the crazy Hungarian Super Gran Anouska, she vill make you laugh out loud with her antics! I really hope that there is a sequel; I would love to know what happens next to Natalie and many of the other fabulous characters. Be prepared to laugh at crazy pigeons, old ladies with accents and fun British language.

Mistletoe and Mr. Right

Natalie is a normal woman, successful and lonely, ignoring a past she can't escape. Jamie, the ex-fiance turned competitor, adds a little zing to her life. Ryan, the famous American actor in her Macbeth production, has turned her world topsy turvy. And Anoushka, Nat' s grandmother is wonderfully funny and smart as a whip. Bryndza always has a great eclectic group of characters providing a realistic storyline Be prepared to laugh at crazy pigeons, old ladies with accents and fun British language.

Bryndza always has a great eclectic group of characters providing a realistic storyline. Brilliantly funny and smartly romantic this will be a true hit. I was gifted this book by the author for my honest review. I read this in one night and loved it! I felt compelled to finish it, to find out Where we would find Natalie at the end? It was a wonderful read and very relatable. The way Robert built and developed Natalie throughout the novel made her very real to me.

When she questioned herself, questioned what really made her who she was, things started to unravel. But it wasn't until everything went wrong that she knew what made the most sense was being herself. I hope to read more soon and to learn where I read this in one night and loved it!

I hope to read more soon and to learn where this feisty woman is headed in her journey! Man-hunting is one thing, but being so ridiculously desperate as the MC presents herself to be unknowingly so, of course , it was painful to read sometimes. The self-revelations announced in the synopsis were very few and far in between all the rest. Most of them weren't even properly discussed but merely mentioned in passing as though it was an afterthought to add something slightly more substantial to the story than a desperate something trying to land something boys.

Besides, all this initial whining about lack of money and working freelance, and then going off to spend crazy amounts on expensive hotels and weird man-quests. No, I didn't buy it. It was all a bit I've read later books by Belinda Jones before ever picking up this one and I enjoyed those far more. The descriptions of the places were better and gave the reader a more tangible feeling of actually travelling with the main character.

Besides, there usually was an actual story involved. Not just one short story after another, trying to make it fit into a whole.

And not really getting there. Feb 02, Gineke rated it it was ok. I've read several books of Belinda Jones, which was the reason I picked up this one. But this book wasn't what I expected. It took me a few pages to figure out that this book is non-fiction. It is presented exactly the same way as her other books, which are fiction.

Because it did not meet my expectations, I only give this book two stars. From an autobiographical point of view I can understand why the inevitable disappointment Belinda experiences during her adventure is written about with such thoughtful and careful wording.

But this makes me feel less involved as a reader. Like I am allowed to experience the highlights, but not the downsides, which would have made the book feel more real, and the distinction between fiction and non-fiction more clear. I understand the ending from a biographical point of view, but I was looking for chick-lit, and wanted a happy ending. I'm happy that she discovered she didn't need a man to make her happy, but she could have gotten that message across with a happy ending as an added bonus. Jun 04, Alice Rose rated it liked it Shelves: A nonfiction work by Belinda Jones; the story of her and her best friend Emily journeying across America to see if the perfect man really is out there.

And where better to look than places with names like Kissimee, Weddington and Valentine? Because this isn't a work of fiction, obviously there isn't a happy ending, all loose ends tied up perfectly, etc etc. Nevertheless, Belinda Jones knows how to tell an entertaining story!

I loved reading about her and Emily's exploits; if I wasn't a mother I w A nonfiction work by Belinda Jones; the story of her and her best friend Emily journeying across America to see if the perfect man really is out there.
