We don't know if this is a GMC-branded vehicle. There's plenty of camouflage hiding any accurate indication to which brand this crossover belongs. This could be a refresh for the Trax or Encore, though the former is likely. Both the Encore and Trax received updates for the model year; however, we've seen spy photos of the Encore. If this isn't a refreshed Trax, that leaves this test mule in GMC's camp.

The GMC Granite should sound familiar. The concept rode on GM's Gamma-2 platform — which currently underpins the Encore and Trax — with a horsepower 1. That's the same engine and horsepower propelling both platform mates. The production Granite should have the same engine paired with a six-speed automatic. After GMC revealed the concept, rumors swirled about it entering production in the following years, but a production version never materialized.

On to the pros: Still no paid time off, though. Some consistent problems I observed include: My theory is that people were so used to doing their own thing in their own way that scrappy startup mentality , that once the company got too big for that to work, they ended up with very little cohesion in direction and strategy among different areas of the company. For a company that emphasizes transparency, there was a serious lack of information-sharing, especially across different teams and departments, at Crossover. Not only that, but there were no established practices for much of anything, from resource management and accessibility to expectations around everyday collaboration and meetings.

Hire people who have the skills needed to manage remote workers and help them succeed—not everyone will be a good fit, even if they are experienced. Be upfront about sharing changes that will affect team members. Remote work, for all its benefits, is not a replacement for paid time off and a vacation policy—work on a competitive benefits package.

We appreciate your comments and your honesty. While our growth trajectory has been exciting, there have indeed been some growing pains.

Need to activate Crossover Worksmart tool as software tracker. Provide benefits, career growth, and job security. Remote jobs are not a good fit for everyone. That said, if you're disorganized with your time management you will struggle to adjust to working remotely in the beginning. Keep up with the good work, maybe take some time to address current problems within the system instead of constantly pushing forward and progressing.

You are able to work from home. You have some flexibility in the hours you work. You will get paid on time and the commission structure is decent. There is no growth opportunities available. There are no benefits or PTO. I was the only person working on an assigned project in the end with no manager or support. When I started it was a team of three. The other people both quit because they job posting gave you a salary expectation of 70k OTD when no one ever picked up the phone and the contact information was outdated, so it was next to impossible to hit your goals.

There was a constant change of systems and strategies. One month 5 people quit because the programs were all failing their sales goal. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
