The branch manager John at this location is so nice and helpful. He swiftly took care of my issue and also took the time to listen to everything I had to say. Excellent customer service! Stayed on hold with the number that was given over 15 minutes and still no answer. You need a better system for your customers to talk to the branch. Unheard-of that there is no way to connect to a local branch!! The automated phone system is one of the worst I have ever used.

And you might want to screen your tellers a little better. I would give you feedback , however I can not get through to a human of any kind. All I can get is the location and hours when I dial the number given. Ratting for phone service sucks!!! How about adding an option for speaking to a person!!

I was given the wrong amount back - I'm trying to find someone to speak with regarding this issue. I am highly dissatisfied. Cashed my check and deposit and the girl at window took it apound her self to do what she wanted with my money I'm pissed. Please list local bank phone numbers. The wait time is crazy. Let us talk directly to our local bank. List the numbers! I don't do my regular banking with Regions but I opened a credit card with them because I thought it was a great offer.

Tried to create an online account for the credit card. What a nightmare. Do companies still do business like this? I haven't dealt with customer service this poor for at least a decade. On hold for 20 minutes the automated voice told me it would be 7 minutes , reps that sounded confused, being transferred all over the world to different departments, being given more numbers for different departments that I could call the next day, reps that can't solve my problem and yet, incredibly, still try to sell me more services.

Can not contact branch directly!! Being on hold with a number is stupid!!!! Get with the program!!!!!! Customer service is nonexistent if you can't even get ahold of the local branch by phone. Published phone numbers when called are invalid. This is completely unsatisfactory. I have been Calling my bank in Summerfield fl and the main office for over 2 hours today, and the local number is disconnected, is regions out of business?

My experience was very pleasant as always, this is my second time using this Central Regions Bank, I used this bank for a large deposit 7yrs ago and the experience was amazing, know unnecessary charges etc. I would recommend Regions Bank to all walks of life from the poorest to the richest. I have one quick question and have been on hold with the number for a very long time. I am betting when someone answers they may not even know the answer to my question. I just need to know if the bank has a notary and if they will be there on Saturday. Wait time was I etc2 hours to open an account. All was the waiting in approval on the Corp office pricess not at Irondale branch. I'm receiving my back pay tomorrow April 25, it's around 15, I'm looking to open a savings or checking account and deposit the check. I'm in the process of moving to Ponchatoula, La Friday. How fast after depositing and opening an account can I pull money out. I'd like to be on the road by tomorrow night or Thursday. Thanks for your time. If I could choose zero stars I would for this location I would! Worst Regions branch in Shreveport. Unfriendly, rude, horrible customer service, complete lack of care!

If you want a good community bank that cares about it local people don't go to the Regions on Youree Dr. Closed all accounts here and switch to local friendly credit union. In trying to contact the local office in crossville tn on miller ave i was given the wrong number repeatedly. Need a call back from someone I am a business owner in Saraland. This branch does not have enough tellers to assist customers.

I visited yesterday at pm and there were 10 cars waiting in the car lanes. I went inside and there was one teller assisting a line of 10 customers. This is not unusual for this branch. On two days that I was there they opened late. Yesterday I gave up and went to the branch. I immediately drove up to the commercial lane, was assisted, and was on my way. The branch needs a larger payroll budget to insure good customer service.

This issue needs to be addressed in a timely manner.
