I have more than years of knowledge and experience in many areas, and I love to share it with others. I do what I love, and I love what I do! My purpose is to be a source of inspiration and change for those who refuse to settle for anything less than an extraordinary life. How will you know you have achieved it? Be aware of your self-talk and ensure you are speaking to yourself the way you would like someone else to. When we are stressed, nervous or anxious, we tend to breathe shallowly, often through our mouth, often holding our breath. Breathing in through one nostril as far as you can, holding, then breathing out as far as you can and repeat, alternating nostrils after each full cycle of in and out.

This technique is incredibly powerful and centering and grounding; bringing you back from feeling like you were a deer or rabbit caught in the glare of oncoming headlights. If this continues unchecked, it leads to and chronic fatigue or disease. To name just a few; continue being thankful for everything you have, everyone in your life, obstacles that become open doors, and all the little miracles we take for granted.

Sometimes no amount of control can move the needle so all you can do is nothing.

And true control is effortless anyway. Would we really want it to? Our Physical body is the vessel or suitcase that carries our soul around, on our journey to live the life we have chosen to live on Mother Earth. In respect of this beautiful body we have chosen, it is in our highest good to honor it with organic, healthy foods, filtered water and positive thoughts.

We also need to nurture our Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Bodies as well, to ensure we live a happy and abundant life. Doing something positive for your body has positive effects on the mind, as well. Apply One drop of balance under the feet, one drop of frankincense on your forehead, and a drop of Sandalwood on your wrists. I have a great admiration for Elizabeth, she has, in her own unique way helped me to overcome some very difficult issues in my life.

By unique, I refer to her as a relentless seeker of your truth, she allows you to own that truth in your own good time. She has helped me to make big changes to my life.

I used to be a very negative person with low self-esteem and was unhappy with my life. Since l began seeing Elizabeth l am a much calmer and more positive person. I now love and believe in myself.

I have also started to release my excess weight, which I have held onto for many many years. I lost my father in June of and as a result, struggled to regain my foothold on life's path.

My favourite is the Pink Bubble meditation -- where you envision something you truly desire and send your wish off into the universe to start manifesting and the energy centre meditation. I listen to one almost every night.

This audio book is very helpful. The author, herself reads this book. Unlike many authors, she is a very capable reader of her work. The suggestions in this book are effective, useful, and easy to do. The author recommends journaling exercises, meditations, and affirmations in order to manifest your goals.
