This happened on our third night as well and we requested to speak to the manager. The manager did not try and give us a new room and only offered us free champagne even though he was well aware we had three nights of broken air conditioning and promised it would be fixed for our last night. It was not and once again we complained to the front desk. As we checked out the following morning, the front desk staff all knew us and was aware of the AC issues in the room.

However, they just ignored us at check out and didn't even offer to carry our bags out to the waiting taxi. This is not the kind of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel and was quite a disappointment at the end of our honeymoon. Location slightly far from old town, but is very convenient Room is very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Wonderful location, so close to the old city and other major sites.

Stunning views from the front deck was an added feature. The owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us when any issues arose. The only small issues was the lack of kitchen implements when we wanted to cater for ourselves at home. However, would come back again if we return to Dubrovnik! Dubrovnik is surely one of the most beautiful city in euro.

The great city wall would give you a "wow" when firstly see it at night. Many histories behind the walls and buildings that it is a good chance to get yourself in the mood of good old times. Its a beautiful little city, with lots to see and do it you like history and ancient architecture. Nice restaurants but be sure to check reviews first as there are some bad ones too. We enjoyed walking through the walled old town, climbing along the wall walk, taking the tram to the top of the mountain, seeing the various museums, swimming and sunning by the sea and sea kayaking.

It is one of the most beautiful city I have ever been. Everything is perfect - the historical spots, the beautiful ocean, very well-preserved the city wall,the proud of the citizens, and the sunshine. Dubrovnik is beautiful. Do the walk around the fort, walk aimlessly in the old city, eat till you drop and just absorb the beauty. Amazing, so much history, such beautiful buildings, so much to see as well as lovely beaches to relax on.

Still unspoilt! Definitely not a tourist traps. And no annoying sellers pushing wares on your face. A very interesting city.
