Ex-jailbirds Eddie and Paul are on parole and working in a New York diner. Their lives are a dead end. That is, until English lawyer Katherine Rookwood walks into the diner with an offer they can't refuse. A strait-laced pharmacist's uneventful life spirals out of control when he starts an affair with a trophy-wife customer who takes him on a joyride involving sex, drugs and possibly murder. Gloria is an out-of-work party girl forced to leave her life in New York City and move back home.
When reports surface that a giant creature is destroying Seoul, she gradually comes to the realization that she is somehow connected to this phenomenon. This movie succeeds in part with the impressive tonal shifts in the story as well as some original characters. The movie plays like a Diablo Cody-thing gone off the rails, which is a good thing, if you're prepared for that kind of stuff. The action was unexpectedly well executed, but hard to really be engaged with because of the chaotic approach to genre. If you're into something light and fun and tired of the tropes being played over and over again, then this is the next film, you should watch. Sign In.

Nobody is going to change your mind about it. Baseball had a strike in and nobody won. Apparently you live in some sort of alternate reality because you seem to know a lot of shit that never happened and your so called facts are almost all mental dillusions. Still, for those willing to accept Mr. The scattershot weirdness even connects for a minute or two, here and there.

And while the budding relationship between Francis and Martha is no more believable than the characters themselves are, it is easy to buy Kendrick and Rockwell together. The best way to watch Mr. Right is to forget about the plot as written, and just imagine it as a movie about two delightful actors, doing their best to entertain each other while stuck in yet another forgettable indie comedy.
