The Moffetts and other station children at Christmas time, Jiangyin, Kate is in front. Carrie Lena Moffett, Lacy's sister, is in back. The Jiangyin mission station included a hospital, a training school for nurses, separate high schools for girls and boys, a Bible school for women, and a school for needy children. Lacy continued to do most of his work in the small villages surrounding Jiangyin. Following is a partial journal entry from February describing a typical trip to the countryside: [9].
