Also made searching a breeze as I could use the search option in the kindle app. In regards to the content, I actually found it interesting to read. While this was the required reading for my graduate course, it was truly beneficial. Easy to read information that doesn't drudge on with meaningless fluff.

Great for meaningful self-reflection. To get the full benefit of the content it does require a certain amount of self-awareness. Otherwise, you may be reading aimlessly. One person found this helpful. I bought the kindle version of this book for one of my classes. I have never enjoyed a text book as much as I have enjoyed this one. Furthermore, it is very applicable to the business world.

As a Manager and future business owner, I would recommend this book to everyone. In fact i regularly quote things from this book on my Facebook Page and Linkedin Page. Excellent book for those working in leadership position, an essential and basic guide in being a desirable boss working fairly with people. I purchased this book because my PSY class, Motivation and leadership. I find it interesting and great information. This text book was one of the easiest reads of all of my courses. The material was easy to relate to and the language was familiar. While this is not a great source for quotations to fill a paper, it is a phenomenal source for usable information in any field.
