It reflects that one cannot split the productive component of an overall personality from the personal life. The well-being of a person at work is impacted by personal concerns that should be respected or even reduced by simplifying them, for example by teleworking, flexibility of working hours or the organization of time. The company can facilitate this balance, with more successful employees and, ultimately, even if it has a cost for it, a better performance.

Similarly, according to Ticket for Change, the company must respond to the "need for pace and speed" of Generation Y. The food served by the company, which contributes to the health of people, is also a component of well-being.
