I would recommend anyone to make a trip out and be pleasantly surprised with the food and service. If you are in the mood for a good ole American hot dog, this is the spot. Even though the wraps are great as well, the vast selection of dogs is their calling card.
Service is great and the prices are average compared to restaurants of similar quality. Awesome gourmet and regular dawgs. If u enjoy hot dogs and want a lil Xtra this is ur place. Charge Is pretty fair. Customer service is awesome. Smiling faces and great personality. I had the craw dog Which was awesome, could only eat half. Would Def go back and try something else My husband and I tried this place today. We got a 6" All American, a signature dog, and a loaded fry.
Actual dog is on the small side. My husband enjoyed his. The fries were excellent.

The service was good. Overall, I'd rate this place average. There are better hot dogs in town, like fat pat's, and better upscale Subway style restaurants, like pizza artista. I'd eat here again, but not regularly. Best hot dogs around , the Cajun dog is my favorite! I will literally drive back to Youngsville for lunch to eat here! I'll just take the extra time for the better food and service Nice to find a place that takes hotdogs seriously.

Nice to find a place that takes hotdogs seriously. Chili by the Bowl, House cut fries and chips. Hot Dawg Stop is the result of a local family's dream to own a restaurant. In an effort to create an experience for customers that was not the same old same old, a line of gourmet hot dawgs was created. The menu also offers customers the opportunity to create a hot dawg exactly the way they want it, with what they want on it. The menu also features fresh cut french fries, blue bell milk shakes and much more.
