I stayed at the rio hotel on our way to California. The room we recieved was exceptional. My family had so much room. We started on the top floor had 2 bathrooms jetted tub steam shower beautiful view. As I lie in bed, fast asleep in my room at the Rio, I was rudely awakened on 2 separate occasions by this loud, obnoxious shrieking alarm that went off in the middle of the night.. The shrieking, annoying alarm is then interrupted by a voice telling you that there might be a problem yet to be determined at the property, and its being looked into.

The loud shrieking noise and voice go back and forth for roughly minutes, when you hear it- makes you want to jump right out of your skin, believe that. At the end of the alarm sequence, the voice coming over the speaker in the wall says that there is no problem after all, it's a false alarm. Obviously, the hotel is or has been having issues with their faulty, dysfunctional alarm system, some kind of glitch that should've been fixed after the 1st aggravating experience.
