It's not lack of expertise, but lack of will. But here's hoping that Kevin can change that. That said, goddammit. But at the same time, part of what we're asking FB to do is hire and listen to people like Kevin. So I'm hoping for the best.

North of the Strip, the downtown Fremont Street Experience walking mall held an adults-only party featuring cover bands, virtual fireworks and a countdown by Mayor Carolyn Goodman. With room occupancy approaching percent, hoteliers celebrated a lucrative ending to a middling Visitor volume has only recently eclipsed pre-recession levels, and gambling revenue continued to flag.

Bill and Chris Sebestik celebrated their 25th anniversary at a bank of Triple Red Hot slot machines, hoping to win the red Audi rotating above them. The past year had been rocky, with Bill losing his job, but the Chicago couple said they were sure would bring good news. I called the police and the hotel.

The hotel security did their own investigation and unfortunately they don't have cameras in the hotel so the person wasn't found. I expected the hotel manager to call or show up and just show their sympathy for this terrifying experience but I didn't get anything close to that. On the other hand I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and they where just defensive and careless about the whole situation.

I tried getting reimbursed for my stay their but they didn't even want to hear me out but referred me to a phone number. I will never go back to this hotel!!! Now the intruder most likely had a card to come into our room : , I'm just speculating since we didn't Now the intruder most likely had a card to come into our room : , I'm just speculating since we didn't lock the top part. He didn't barge in like I mentioned and was very quite and sneaky : He was well dressed with a long sleeve shirt and short hair. Our room was at the end of the hall on the 14th floor near the emergency exit so the whole thing was really weird and terrifying.

I got a feel that this happens often and if they want to improve they should have elevators that read the room cards and the law should change to have surveillance cameras at least in the hotel hallways.

Until they improve and increase security don't go to this hotel. With that beaning said at any hotel in Las Vegas please use all the locks in the doors which will make it harder for intruders to come in. After this experience my husband did a search in Las Vegas in general and it sounds like its a comman thing and we were lucky that we didn't get hurt physically because in other cases people have been even killed.

I stayed at the rio hotel on our way to California. The room we recieved was exceptional. My family had so much room. We started on the top floor had 2 bathrooms jetted tub steam shower beautiful view. As I lie in bed, fast asleep in my room at the Rio, I was rudely awakened on 2 separate occasions by this loud, obnoxious shrieking alarm that went off in the middle of the night.. The shrieking, annoying alarm is then interrupted by a voice telling you that there might be a problem yet to be determined at the property, and its being looked into.

The loud shrieking noise and voice go back and forth for roughly minutes, when you hear it- makes you want to jump right out of your skin, believe that. At the end of the alarm sequence, the voice coming over the speaker in the wall says that there is no problem after all, it's a false alarm. Obviously, the hotel is or has been having issues with their faulty, dysfunctional alarm system, some kind of glitch that should've been fixed after the 1st aggravating experience. Totally unacceptable.. Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay, Todd. We apologize for any issue with the alarm.

Providing the quality accommodation our valued customers expect and deserve is our primary goal. We look forward to having another opportunity to show you how much we enjoy having you as our guest. This hotel is so outdated, filthy, and the decor was outdated.

The bedding looked like it was the same age as the hotel. There was no coffee machine. We have crumbs and dirt all over the floor in our room when we walked in. The decor was gold with green drapery, green rugs, and yellow walls. Looked like there was something ripped off of our wall in the bathroom.
