The book is written in the voice of each baby animal and tells the reader the special "pet" name that the daddy calls his child. For example, the whale daddy calls his baby "Shoo-Be- Doo " and the monkey daddy calls his little one "Mini-Me. I thought this book was precious and so were the illustrations of the daddy animals and their kids.
