This cookbook, at least in the Kindle version, is full of the kinds of errors you get when you scan a printed page with an optical character resolution program. When it happens to the quantity of an ingredient required in a recipe, it makes the recipe risky at best to attempt. How much is 2' 2, anyway? The author is so meticulous with his recipes otherwise that it's even more of a shame the publisher cut corners with the Kindle version.
