The breakfast in the restaurant served a burned-to-a-crisp sausage and under cooked bacon Canadian-style; not the type served in the US That's an easy thing to correct and shouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here. The rooms are a bit spartan and the carpets could use a 'deep clean' with a few notable stains although the bed was perfect; clean and comfortable. My room 17 offers a view of a construction site that promptly begins with loud banging noises at 8am and offers the benefit of filthy window on the building exterior. The bathroom is very, very small and could really benefit from a deep cleaning.

The staff were super nice. If you're staying here, you should know that this is a very 'fair' two-star hotel; but really The bar downstairs is the experience. There is no noise or concern with that, once you head upstairs. The restaurant is nice, but the Irish breakfast included was 'average' and not likely to be the memorable part of this trip.

The lunch in the bar at the 'Carvery' was really, really tasty. Trust the staff to tell you what is best to try, if not sure. It's clear that the bar cleans out the lines on the taps of the Guinness. The Guinness here was excellent. Overall, great value-for-dollar, and I'd stay again, if I ever seen another show at 3Arena; the purpose for booking this hotel.

Friendly staff. Ideal location for conference centre. The building and pub has a lot of character so good for business or leisure travel.

I would book here again. Great location overlooking the Liffey. Just downstairs is the pub but great soundproofing. Large king size bed with fresh linen and towels each day. Thanks guys we will be back.

We found the staff friendly, our room comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. Just a 10 minute walk into town. Would stay there again. Room cramped for a triple room. Hardly any room in shower cubicle. Bed hard and squeaky, hard pillows. Very good location. Airport link and city tour bus stops within 2 minutes walking distance. Clean facilities. Can't really be changed but the facilities was only stairs, which wasn't advertised very clearly. My granny had a difficult time getting up them. The pub is adorable, and the location was class. Had a great time during out stay.

Just overpriced for what we got. Fixtures and fittings in the room were tired and the bathroom door needs sanding down to shut properly. Limited breakfast choice. Beautiful and quirky pub and staff are pleasant. The room did not look like the updated rooms featured in the photos. The house keeping could be more thorough. The location was good and the bar and breakfast areas were nice. Excellent Irish breakfast. Tha Staff and location was really good, the atmosphere very night was great.. Every thing, easy access to the town bus route and tram.

Great people and entertainment. We should have gone in a hotel for same money. Shower tray was a mess, whole bathroom was tiny and dated. Staff and pub were great. Location was ok and pub was nice. I really didn't care for the "view" in my room; it was kind of creepy on a small landing right outside the window next to the bed: air ducts, vents, scaffolding, etc. Most everything is closed Sundays until noon or 1 p. Traveling alone, I wasn't that comfortable going out looking for dinner my first night, even though there was a Clayton Hotel nearby with a restaurant; glad I had some cookies and sunflower seeds on me!

I suppose I wasn't really that hungry anyways. The one "Traditional Irish Breakfast" I was able to have while I was there was huge ham, banger, slice of sausage, beans, eggs, toast, etc. I didn't really care for it that much and ate only the eggs and a piece of toast and had some cereal with milk and coffee - but I did try a little bit of it all to be fair.

The room was very small but clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy and tiny, and I felt secure. The fellow who checked me in Thankfully carried my one piece of 40 lb.

The music you love

The other fellow who served me at the bar later that first night was most helpful, and lovely girl at breakfast also - great staff. Quiet district, away from the Temple Bar crowd, but within walking distance of pretty much everything if you pace yourself, and then take a taxi back, which is what I did. The location is out of the way.

The check in process stinks as you go to the bar to check-in. No elevator, so all luggage must be carried up stairs. The room had not been vaccumed when we arrived. Did not appear clean. My daughter's bed had something on the bed spread and did not appear to be clean. Looked like blood. We stayed 3 nights total. Housekeeping only made our beds and did nothing else. They did not vaccum nor empty the garbage cans.

The bathroom had remants of the people that stayed there previously.. Was just overall gross. I guess it is okay if you just want to stay there to party.

Not our cup of tea. Also, if you leave your windows open at night cigarette smoke will come right into your room.

The breakfast was horrible! Do not bother. They ask you literally if you want the full irish breakfast and give you no choice to get anything else. I do not eat over easy eggs and that is what I got.

Was excellent food there and the people were very friendly. The en suite needed to be ripped out it was not up to standard.
