If a nurse is working in the role of CNA, it is not at all outside of the scope of their license's practice. Again, the issue is if one is working in a job title of CNA but holding a nursing license, they will be held to the standard of that nursing license by the BON. Yes, I believe we are making the same argument though my statement was certainly lacking some eloquence that may have caused the confusion.
