Good workflow despite how busy the office was. Shiyan is incredibly warm and personable. She is an incredibly knowledgable doctor. I've been going to her for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Office is beautiful! Shiyan was so great-- she's a fantastic combination of laid back and totally on it, kind of like hanging out with a friend who just happens to know a ton about how to make me see better.
She spent lots of time helping me find the right contact lens combination for my tricky eyes, and really seemed to enjoy figuring it out with me. I never felt rushed, and I also really liked her staff who talked me through glasses options. So glad I found this place! A quick consultation with a straightforward explanation of test and their results. Really quick appointment to accommodate my tight schedule. They always take great care of me there. Shiyan herself is awesome. She's personable, kind, patient, and thorough. She talks through problems, listens very well, and makes sure you understand everything you need to.
I think she's great. Unfortunately, my experiences with virtually everyone else in her practice have left a lot to be desired. A lot of the staff is also rude and condescending, not just to me, but to other patients. While I was waiting for my latest appointment, I heard them talking to another patient in the most patronizing tone of voice I've ever heard. Her questions were a little uninformed, but that's no reason to make a patient feel like an idiot.
I hope Dr.
Shiyan finds another practice so I can follow her there. She's fabulous, but I don't want to deal with her practice any more. Love her! She is awesome and makes the appointment super easy. She'll talk through any questions you have and always is a huge help. Great place and very friendly Doctor!
Sadly, I feel like the girls at the front could be a bit more professional. Could be the layout of the office maybe. Also, I had to wait for my appointment and I was early. Looks like they may have been overbooked. The doctor's personality made the visit better, but the thought to try out a new place did cross my mind. She is very friendly and patient. Takes all the steps to provide the best treatment. I love going to get my eyes checked!

I was late but they were totally understanding and nice about it. Customer service was excellent and they made me feel welcomed. Thank you for the great experience with my first pair of glasses! Everyone at Eyes on Second is helpful and polite. They're a bit disorganized, though I'm willing to endure a little chaos for great service. Wait time is long because there are more customers than staff. I was seen by a different doctor. She recommended a change in lenses and was able to articulate why it was a wise decision. She was great.

The exhibition celebrates the UK construction industry composed of architects, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors. San Francisco's Planning Department is working with California's sustainability guidelines to structure growth within the city in accordance with the state's requirements and the city's goals through the department's Sustainability Development Program.
The program aims to reduce water consumption, reduce waste and enhance community-scale energy resources. To aid in the fulfillment of these goals, the program is implementing a tool called Eco-Districts - a community of property owners, businesses and residents within a neighborhood that collaborate to develop and initiate sustainable development projects in their area. We had Archigram that developed conceptual creations for cities that walked, were inflatable, and could be packed and unpacked in locations all over the world.
We had Superstudio, an architecture firm that developed renowned conceptual works of the "total urbanization" of architecture. As impractical and experimental as some of these proposals were, they initiated a conversation, not only about the physical space that they presented, but the social implications of their designs.
