This basement apartment was the perfect place to stay; I wish I lived there!! Everything was so tidy and updated.
The bed was super comfortable. The location is amazing. Mikes place was perfect for us.
Account Options
We were visiting our daughter and his home is a comfortable walk to her house. Mike's place was clean and "neat as a pin". We plan to stay with him again. Sarsha's place was perfect for a brief stay in town and she was excellent at communicating. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a cute spot to stay in a great location! Very clean home!! Sarsha was quick to respond and even let us know we could check in early.
Spacious with all the necessities we needed! She also provided a binder with lots of info about things to do in Denver and great places to eat. Such a stylish and cozy home. Kitchen had most the essentials needed. Had a good selection of coffees for the cold months!

Would definitely recommend for a vacation or lengthy stay! Small touches like lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and extra pillows make all the difference. Plenty of towels and dish-ware. Has stuff for kids as well for families with small kiddos. We enjoyed our time here! Cozy little basement suite that made my husband and I feel right at home!
Many sweet and quaint places to eat close by and everything else is within a reasonably priced Lyft or Uber! My gf's and I had a wonderful stay at this super cute space in the Highlands. Everything was perfect and would definitely stay here again! The apartment was pretty perfect. First off, it looks exactly, if not better, than it does in the pictures. The beautiful furniture and interior design was outstanding. There were more than enough toiletries and complimentary snacks to keep you covered during your stay.
Also, the neighborhood is super cute and quiet plus there is much to see within walking distance! I am an avid traveler and this was by far one of the best air bnb experiences I have had! I can not recommend this location enough. What a charming delightful basement apartment. Truly everything about it done so well. And I'm an ocd clean freak and was amazed how well kept this Airbnb was. Outstanding host! Heather was very easy to communicate with and was quick to reply. She notified us as soon as the apt was ready so that we were able to check in early which we really appreciated.
When we arrived there were snacks and breakfast items waiting for us. Otherwise we had no interaction with them during our stay. One of the bedrooms was huge and had a very large smart TV - major plus! Eric and his place were just fantastic.

We decided that this is the best airbnb that we have ever stayed in! Immaculate with all the right touches. We just loved it! And Eric couldn't have been more generous and kind! My husband and I had a great experience staying at Eric's carriage house. Parking was easy and Eric was great to communicate with.
The place is stylishly decorated and we especially loved all the plants we got to share the space with. The carriage house was a very quiet and relaxing retreat for a quick stay. A must stay!

It was literally the cutest place we have stayed in. It is exactly how it looks in pictures and more. We even had some drink and snack options which was a game changer.
I highly suggest renting this Airbnb! It is worth every penny ;. The Carriage House is charming as advertised and the bed was extremely comfortable after some long days hiking. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back. It is described well and in a good location. Eric will make sure you have everything you need for a great stay! We would stay here again if we return to Denver.

Lots of thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again! It was cozy and filled with thoughtful decor. With a short drive into downtown Denver you are close to everything! And my husband really loved it because there was a Nintendo 64 that he could play lol. Overall, great experience! We stayed for a night passing through CO. The place is beautiful in a safe neighborhood, and close to everything you could need. Everything we needed was at the house including toiletries, some blankets, and other things. Overall a great place.
