The book is well-organized—there are sections on memory and reading sections and the rest of the book focuses on time management and setting and achieving goals.

Seip gets into specifics without being preachy or boring. This is not a book to be read in one setting. The second part of the book is centered around changing how you run your life. It includes information on how to set better goals, use your time more effectively, and a host of other great items. One of my favorite parts is planning your day around accomplishing only 6 key things.

It was amazing to me how much clarity this provided. What I love most about the book is that you can pick it up, choose any section you want, and improve yourself with just that section. Or you can work on multiple areas at a time to learn more. This book is like taking an entire course on the subject. However, I would offer the reader one piece of advice. Read the book in several sittings, allowing yourself to truly digest the information in order to implement it in your daily life.

If read all at once the book can be overwhelming because of the amount of information. This book and author tries to catch people where they are. Reading and learning is fundamental for a business owner. This book tells you how. To me, this is worth the price alone. Goal setting works too, but a meaningful and energized goal setting.
