Hala Hassan Digital Content Associate. Hala manages the Social Media channels at DonorsChoose and is responsible for creating content and building digital strategies as part of the Brand and Communications team. Before joining our team in May , Hala took on different consultancy and freelance projects as a Graphic Designer, Strategist, and Illustrator. Over the course of 9 years, her projects have spanned across multiple cities around the world, including New York City, Amsterdam, Paris, Beirut, Oman, Jeddah, and Dubai. Hala is interested in design activism and how we can develop human-centered designs and innovations with social impact.

She enjoys creating illustrations depicting stories of alienation, migration, and gender identity. Ariana supports the CEO by coordinating his schedule, speaking engagements, and business travel. She also manages internal org-wide events like business reviews, and builds relationships with non-profit peer organizations.

Before that she taught Street Law to high school students in the D. Steen graduated from Spelman College and Georgetown Law and loves all things related to cheerleading, dance, Harlem and coffee. Outside of work, Logan enjoys working on his novel, finding the best vegan food in NYC, and getting the best deals on Broadway shows. Outside of the office, Jasmine can usually be found reading in cozy places and eating noodles everywhere. She previously supported the west coast team as the San Francisco Office Manager.

She's been passionate about education since she became a counselor for her youth group at age 15, and is proud to be working to increase equity in public schools nationwide. Prior to working at DonorsChoose, Orly helped cultivate a community of education experts at Noodle, an EdTech startup, and worked on content strategy for SaleMove, a disruptor in the customer engagement space.

He understands the detriment of educational inequity and is committed to helping as many teachers and students as possible. Jamal started as a Project Fulfillment Intern, then transitioned to a part-time role on the Business Relations Team, and now he is honored to be a part of this Fellowship class. Lynn works closely with the marketing, product, and partnerships teams to help launch national campaigns that drive engagement and awareness of our programs. Before joining the team, Lynn was a graphic designer at the Clinton Foundation, and taught high school as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Vanuatu.

If not doodling, Lynn is most likely running along the Hudson River, baking elaborate birthday cakes for her friends, or hosting an impromptu art night.
