They recently started selling dress shirts as well. The store has a classic layout with a large blue cabinet and a white marble countertop in the center of the store. The cabinets have drawers that pull out filled with an array of ties to choose from. Went into Tie Bar a few weeks ago and was helped by Tristen. I was helping my best friend order ties for her upcoming wedding since she lives in another state. Tristen was super helpful and helped me locate the swatch of my bridesmaid dress to ensure that the color would match the mauve stone tie that she had picked out.
He located the tie and paired it with a great pocket square and tie clip. The pairing was fantastic and couldn't have looked any better. He was super friendly and was even able to create a personal connection with my friend over FaceTime. We loved our experience with Tie Bar and would recommend them to anyone. My most recent purchase was a gift box for my father. When I received the order, the tie seemed very thin, possibly so thin that my father would probably never wear it. I called their customer service department asking about returns and exchanges and was blown away. The employee I talked to was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Instead of having me exchange the item, he went ahead and had a wider tie sent out to replace the thin tie in the gift box free of charge and made sure it got here in time for Christmas!
