This book summarized how the devil try to seduce many humans to the hell fire. It is used with different good example like verses sourat of quran. It is a good read Thank you to the author. A wonderful addition to my library Whoever this author is, he didnt write this book to inform people. He wrote it to rant and rave about his beliefs. The beginning of the book is informative telling the reader the islamic position on satan and was even enjoyable even as it was trying to shove its beliefs down my throat while pretending to be anything other then blind faith.

It gives literally zero alternative views on the Islamic satan pretending that its view HAS to be the only view. But the worst part was at the very end it completely changes the topic of conversation and tries to distort scientific evidence until its completely unrecognizable to prove that evolution is false. This book isn't here to teach anything, its here to convert you.

But if that's the kind of book you want to read, then go for it. Just don't pretend this book is something else. I have a great respect for Islam, but no respect for religious zealots that try to cloak themselves in a false veil of scientific respectability.

One person found this helpful. Needs to work on his research. This ordered world, which has functioned perfectly for billions of years, is the work of the Lord, Who created everything, though it will come to a grand end at His command, and at a time that He has determined. The appointed time when the universe and every creature in it, from microorganisms to human beings, including stars and galaxies, will come to an end, is called the "Hour" in the Qur'an.

This "Hour" refers to not just any hour; but is a word used specifically in the Qur'an to refer to that time when the world will come to an end. Along with the announcement of the end of the world, the Qur'an contains detailed descriptions of the process of that event: What we can conclude from this that the end of the world will be a catastrophe such as the world has never experienced before.

Details of that even may also be found in other books of ours entitled, The Day of Resurrection, Death Resurrection Hell. This present book will treat the events that will happen as the Last Day approaches. First, it must be stated that it is clear from a number of verses of the Qur'an, that the subject of the inevitable end of the world has excited interest in every period of history. In certain verses, it is related that people had asked the Prophet Muhammad saas about when the end of the world would come: They will ask you about the Hour: From this verse we understand that knowledge about when the Hour will come is hidden from human beings.

There must be a divine reason why our Lord keeps the time of the Hour a secret. For example, it is good for all people, whatever century they live in, to be "… apprehensive about the Hour" Surat al-Anbiya': Before that day of horrible anguish overtakes them all of a sudden, they should understand that, apart from Allah, there is no place of refuge.

If the time of the Hour were known, people living before the present era would not have felt compelled to think seriously about the end of the world; they would have been unmindful of the final events described in the Qur'an. But, it must be pointed out that there are many verses that tell of the Hour, and when we examine them we encounter a great truth. The Qur'an does not indicate the time of the Hour, but it describes those events that will happen prior to it.

One verse related that there are several signs of the Hour: What are they awaiting but for the Hour to come upon them suddenly? Its Signs have already come. What good will their Reminder be to them when it does arrive? In order to understand the signs of this "great announcement" we must reflect upon these verses. Otherwise, as the verse indicates, our thinking will be of no use when the Last Day is suddenly upon us.

Some of that which was said by the Prophet saas which has reached to us deals with the signs of the Hour. In these hadiths of the Prophet saas , there are both signs of the Hour and detailed information about the period just preceding it. This period, in which the signs of the Hour will occur, is called the "End Times.

When we collect all this information together, we come to an important conclusion. The verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet saas indicate that the End Times is divided into two stages.

SATAN: THE SWORN ENEMY OF MANKIND

The first period is one in which material and spiritual trials will afflict the world; the second period to come is called the Golden Age, a time when the moral teaching of the Qur'an will dominate, producing a deep sense of well-being in all humans. When this Golden Age comes to an end, and after the world will have entered a period of social decline, the coming of the Last Hour will be at hand. The purpose of this present book is to examine the signs of the Hour through the verses of the Qur'an and hadiths of the Prophet saas , and to show that these signs have begun to appear in our present time.

The fact that the advent of these signs was revealed fourteen centuries ago should increase a believer's faith in Allah and his devotion to Him. The following pages have been written keeping in mind our Lord's promise: Praise be to Allah. He will show you His Signs and you will recognize them…" Surat an-Naml: Allah knows the truth about everything.

As with all things, what we know about the end of the world comes only from what He has revealed to us.

Stir up any of them you can with your voice and rally against them your cavalry and your infantry and share with them in their children and their wealth and make them promises! The promise of Satan is nothing but delusion. This danger can be recognised in many different areas of our lives: All arise from the same pernicious source. The most disturbing aspect of this danger is that an overwhelming number of people do not see it as a danger at all, nor do they realise either that it is actually a state of mind completely inimical to religion.

In fact, many view it, not as a dangerous error, but rather as a virtue to be encouraged and widely propagated. This danger of which we are speaking is sentimentality that leads people to live, not according to their reason, but according to their emotions; that is, according to their desires, hatreds, their susceptibility to temptation, and their stubbornness. Sentimentality has become part of a culture of ignorance that has now brought millions of people throughout the world under its influence.

In fact, it is one of the weapons that Satan uses to divert people from following the way of God, because someone who has fallen into the clutches of sentimentalism loses the ability to use his reason.

And, when he cannot use his reason, then he cannot appreciate the fact that God has created him, nor can he come to recognise His signs and purposes, nor can he live in accordance to the sublime truths of religion. A life lived righteously is dependant on the use of one's reason, for God sent the Qu'ran "so that men of understanding may ponder its Signs and take heed.

Moreover, unless treated, the disease of sentimentality will make it impossible to bring an end to the pointless disputes, senseless suffering, assaults, distress and cruelty people inflict upon themselves in this world. This book will deal with the subject of sentimentalism by considering a few examples of this culture of ignorance, both in recent history, and in our own daily lives.

No one should consider himself immune from this danger; on the contrary, everyone should be on their guard from the mire in which Satan wishes to trap us. With no awareness of the Qur'an's decrees or of the way of life enjoined in that book, people have strived to fulfill the expectations of the societies and social environments in which they live.

When we look at our present social environment, we can easily see that people are not fully aware of what Allah has commanded and forbidden, and so do not practice these precepts in their lives. More importantly, none of them feels uncomfortable about such a situation. Almost no one considers the power of Allah, the importance of winning His favor, or the penalty they will receive from Him for not obeying His commands. Most people do not let these thoughts even cross their minds. Instead, they wonder what other people think about them and expect of them, and they are most interested in doing everything they can to ingratiate themselves with others.

These individuals live in a system that directs more love and devotion toward their fellow men than toward Allah, and they cannot even imagine how this may be wrong. This ingrained and very distorted way of thinking and living leads some individuals to squander their material and spiritual resources, even spending their lives in this pursuit. This worldly way of thinking develops into a kind of false religion with its own commandments and prohibitions, truths and falsehoods, obliging everyone to conform to them. Every individual is required to accept the ready-made program of what society expects of him.

Only in this way can he live among others without being rejected and humiliated. Any individual who does not conform to what is expected of him gets a clear sense from the way others speak to him and behave that they look down on him. In order not to get themselves into this situation, people hold in mind a few slogans that they are careful to repeat to themselves every day. For example, "They can call me smart or intelligent, good-looking, happy, talkative or successful.

They put forth every effort into developing the sort of character that their associates will admire.

As a result of these carefully studied schemes, they reach the point where they value other human beings more than Allah, accepting every proposal that will please those around them and focusing on them all their attention and devotion. From then on, they are caught up in a system of false beliefs in which one individual becomes the slave of others and become a devoted adherent of this secret religion.

SATAN: The Sworn Enemy of Mankind HARUN YAHYA May,

This cult encourages you to abandon Allah and worship people instead-which false religion is the theme of this book. This passionate attachment to other human beings we call "The Religion of Worshipping People. In one of these verses, He says: You are inventing a lie. Those you worship besides Allah have no power to provide for you. So seek your provision from Allah and worship Him and give thanks to Him.
