This is the most important element, because it is the Windows SAM hash for a particular user. Now that I have obtained this hash, I can decrypt it using various tools. For example, I could use John the Ripper. Figure 3: Decrypting user credentials using an online cracking tool. The result is that I have now been able to crack at least one user account.

I can now go in any number of directions. To avoid creating further indicators of compromise, I could simply close down my connection and then simply walk up to the the victim system and log in interactively. These resources can be people, IoT devices, mobile phones, notebook computers, routers, servers, or any other type of system. A rational individual will choose the coin that covers the biggest part of the market. Of course we know that a publisher could accept many cryptos, but then again, we have to remember that for the average person out there, they a.

Also, it is a fact that Bitcoin is the easiest to use. My favourite project is Cardano. It hurts the brain to try and figure out which solution will come out on top. Theoretically we should have Bitcoin wallets, in the future, that have Lightning built in and operating behind the scenes. The software will manage it all for us. One huge question is whether an altcoin can rise to prominence before Lightning matures. There are a million reasons why altcoins can be brilliant and amazing, with so many features.

A serious alternative to Lightning could be that altcoins could themselves start unifying with sidechains and atomic swaps. An idea pushed by Cardano and others is the ability to move coins from their native blockchain to others and have them be used there. Suddenly owning one of those coins gives a person access to every feature of every blockchain that makes itself compatible as a sidechain. What would the sidechain party look like?

It will be weird, very weird. You can perhaps send your XRP to one of them and later to one of the others. You could own just one coin and use it on any of the sidechained networks, without any reason at all to go and buy different coins. It makes sense to have one blood running throughout your body, not many different kinds of blood. If they do not balance, then 11 is the good pill.

If 1,2 vs 9,10 do not balance, then the good pill is either 9 or Again, weigh 1 against 9. If they balance, the good pill is number 10, otherwise it is number 9. That was the easy part.

What if the first weighing 1,2,3,4 vs 5,6,7,8 does not balance? Then any one of these pills could be the safe pill. Now, in order to proceed, we must keep track of which side is heavy for each of the following weighings. Suppose that 5,6,7,8 is the heavy side. We now weigh 1,5,6 against 2,7,8.

If they balance, then the good pill is either 3 or 4. Weigh 4 against 9, a known bad pill. If they balance then the good pill is 3, otherwise it is 4. Now, if 1,5,6 vs 2,7,8 does not balance, and 2,7,8 is the heavy side, then either 7 or 8 is a good, heavy pill, or 1 is a good, light pill. For the third weighing, weigh 7 against 8. Whichever side is heavy is the good pill. If they balance, then 1 is the good pill. Should the weighing of 1,5, 6 vs 2,7,8 show 1,5,6 to be the heavy side, then either 5 or 6 is a good heavy pill or 2 is a light good pill.

Weigh 5 against 6.

The heavier one is the good pill. If they balance, then 2 is a good light pill. I think that one could write all of this out in a nice flow chart, but I'm not sure that the flow chart would show up correctly over e-mail. If the initial weighing of 1,2,3,4 against 5,6,7,8 balances, you can correctly deduce that the unequal heavier or lighter pill is in the set 9,10,11, If you weigh 9,10 against 1,2 and they balance, you can correctly deduce that the unequal pill is 11 or If pill 11 weighs the same as pill 1, you can correctly deduce that 12 is the unequal pill. Here is another solution: Suppose after the first weighing that the set 1,2,3,4 balances with 5,6,7,8.

Now weigh 9,10,11 against 1,2,3.

Towards Data Science

If they balance, then pill 12 is the unequal pill. Weigh pill 12 against pill 1 to determine whether pill 12 is heavier or lighter. Weigh pill 9 against pill 10; if they balance, then pill 11 is heavier. If they do not balance, then the pill that weighs more is the heavier pill.

Weigh pill 9 against pill 10; if they balance, then pill 11 is lighter. If they do not balance, then the pill that weighs less is the lighter pill.
