When not solving people puzzles with her clients you can find Sharon in the yoga studio she is also a trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist whilst juggling raising three feisty teenage daughters. Kerry is a seasoned Learning and Development professional, with 20 years experience in both the public and private sector. Passionate about developing skills in the workforce and working with people, she is constantly putting her coaching and mentoring skills to good use. Kerry has a real appreciation for the SME both working for a start up to develop their customer service skills and Business Link for London where she worked as Learning and Development Manager.

After taking some time out for her children, Kerry is very excited about being part of People Puzzles and working with such a great team.

She has an amazing collection of original vinyls and was the only pupil in her high school to have the complete set of Led Zeppelin albums by the time she was 14 years old. Claudia attempts to exercise regularly in between running around after her young daughter. Sally is an experienced direct marketing manager, with a core strength of analytical based strategic planning, and a passion for putting the customer first. Sally enjoys playing Netball, captaining a local team, and loves going on long walks with her dog in the countryside.

Her responsibilities at People Puzzles include managing the customer database and communication channels, including emails, social media and the website. Sarah enjoys running when not with her three children, having recently completed a half marathon and lives in the beautiful county of Suffolk and is never too far away from either the forest or the coast. Helen Stenhouse is a business specialist whose key focus is making businesses more commercial, scalable and ready for growth! Improved profitability is their key objective and she is achieving this by helping them move them from an associate-based business to a mix of employees and graduates.

This includes implementing a profit share scheme, improving employment contracts, assisting with the recruitment process including psychometric profiling and developing a project-based performance management system that works equally for associates and employed staff. She is passionate about talking to people about their business and has fabulous good humour which comes to the fore when things become challenging. Helen has two small children, a beautiful dog and loves baking — and the Team love her baking too! Ally Maughan started People Puzzles in because early in her career she recognised that people problems were often the biggest, single factor holding a company back from growth.

Four years later, and with her hand-picked Team of experienced, people professionals, Ally has worked with more than SME and mid-tier companies. When not dealing with people issues Linda can often be found at various swimming pools in the South of England supporting her eldest son as chief chauffeur and cheerleader. Linda also enjoys running and going to concerts and musicals. Sue Whittam is a consummate professional with over 20 years generalist experience gained mainly in the IT and Telecommunications sectors within organisations ranging from start-ups to blue chip. Sue has a BSc Hons degree from University of Westminster and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with a sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices.

She promotes creating the right environment for success — one in which employees are motivated and productive. Sue lives in Hampshire and In her leisure time enjoys entertaining friends and family fortunately her husband is a trained chef! John is a passionate and driven business professional. Before joining People Puzzles, John was working as a consultant across many different vertical businesses assisting with change programmes.

From a position of driving sales across the globe for many years John has realised that having the right blend of sales person, sales culture, the right motivation and engaged staff all pointed in the right direction with all other operational teams doing the same, that anything is possible. He can stand by this knowledge having been the Sales Director who started the EMEA operation for a software company that went from start-up to sale of the business for nearly a Billion pounds in under 10 years.

John was also formerly the business owner of his own successful recruitment company for 9 years meaning his experience in putting the right people in the right position makes a difference in keeping businesses pushing forward. When not helping to solve the people puzzle riddle John likes to relax in deepest darkest West Sussex, walking the many trails around the South Downs or heading the short distance to the sea to enjoy the waters at West Wittering.
